By far not a great stay.
Positive: It was a nice room
Negative: The customer service team was the worst
My tv did not work they lied about sending someone to fix it. They were hard to reach.
I spent 4 days with no tv and countless calls to both booking and the independent owners of the room.

I would like someone to call me for this absolutely devastating stay.
Positive: It was nice until it wasn’t nice anymore.
Negative: The minute we got to our room we looked out of our window like we would any hotel room to discover a man’s dead body. Full face, it’s something I will never forget. The hotel didn’t comp anything or reply back when I told them about the incident.
